I have work over the years as Bedside nurse assigned to Health facilities and basically responsible to execute doctors orders, serve patient medication, prepare patients for surgery etc.Iater served as a clinical supervisor for the EPHS FARA project where is was responsible to supervise about 16 primary health care facilities . I was responsible to check in with OIC and Clinic staff and ensure that quaity cinical services were been provided and right medication served and proper documentations done.I also work as a community health supervisor and Quality assurance Officer where i work with DHT, Health facilities, CHSS, CHA, District Stakeholders and community dwellers.
