Communicate vision and strategy to CRC DORRA group in support of Regional goals and objectives. Develop a CRC DORRA group business plan annually to communicate priorities for group to Senior Leadership. Provide periodic updates on pertinent information related to MEP goals and performance at Director’s and Vice President of Operations meetings Partner with National MEP Group and other MEP Directors to support Provide periodic updates on pertinent information related to MEP goals and performance at Director’s and Vice President of Operations meetings. Develop and lead regional training efforts for MEP group. Share regional training with other regions as appropriate. Lead and facilitate regional MEP group monthly team meetings. Communicate information important to the teams understanding of regional and group success. Anticipate and assist the project staff in resolving problems involving the MEP Systems. Lead, mentor and develop Project MEP Staff. Drive accountability for best practices and procedures set up and follow through for best outcome on projects. Visit project site to stay connected with Project Directors and project team leadership. Inquire and seek feedback on team performance. Provide a secondary review on all project start-up and commissioning plans. Assist Project Directors in addressing major MEP Incidents in the region.
