I am a Liberian public health professional with over ten (10) years of progressive experience in health, surveillance, training with extensive managerial and field implementation experience. I also have a wealth of capacity building experience over the years for professional people, community structures and couple with strong community engagement. I come to AFROHUN with experience managing and implementing health, training, field supervision interventions, and building capacity of professional workers, among others. My years of extensive work with national NGOs and international institutions, coupled with government line ministries and other key stakeholders at local and national levels, make me the most suitable candidate for this post. Over the past years, I have managed a team of managers, program, finance, operations and M&E teams, alongside managing the general functioning of systems, infrastructure and processes for the purpose of service delivery. Recently, I worked with PSI as Training Manager on the USAID-funded Support for International Family Planning Organizations (SIFPO2) project. Prior to that, I managed the Ministry of Health (MOH)’s Essential Package of Health Services (EPHS) Project implementation with PMU-Liberia as sub-grantee to the International Rescue Committee (IRC), which focused on implementation clinical and community work from MOH to the health facility level.
