Regulatory Compliance Reports - Supervise Daily Bank Returns and ensure submission to CBL via the vRegCoss by 11:00AM of the day immediately after the as-at date. The as-at date is the date for which the return is due. - Supervise the Monthly Bank Returns and ensure the Monthly returns is be submitted not later than 4:00PM of the 3rd day of every month following the reporting month. - Annual Returns and these returns shall be submitted to the CBL not later than January 5th, after the end of the reporting year to be submitted to management for signing on or before 4th day of January. - Supervise Central Bank of Liberia quarterly reports Tax compliance Computation - Supervise and ensure withholding taxes are paid in line with tax code of Liberia - Insured monthly payment of Income tax to avoid penalty - Supervise and sure monthly payment of social security contribution Profitability report: - Supervise monthly Management Financial Reports - Prepared quarterly Board Reports - Monthly performance report of LBDI branches actual Income & Expenses to budgeted amount for the purpose of management control.
