Servicing and maintenance of extruder, gearboxes, conveyor belts, pumps, ball mills, crushers and kiln structures including piping systems and other accessories related to the brick making plant. Maintaining and engaging in preventative and planned maintenance. Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems ranging from motor faults/failures on conveyor belts, pumps, machine drives & boreholes. Attend to faults on switch gear, motor control circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic control circuits. Ensured operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions in the ROTO, PET and BLOW MOLDING factories. Controlled downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. Fabricated repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Maintained equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
